Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Subscriptions to DECIDO are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (or its affiliates), acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record (the "Reseller"). The Reseller is the legal seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for handling payment, billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refund processing.

2. Standard Refund Policy

DECIDO's standard policy is as follows:

  1. All subscription fees, including those for completed or partially used subscription periods, are non-refundable.
  2. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the DECIDO Billing page, which opens Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. For security and account verification reasons, cancellation must be completed through the Paddle customer portal. If you contact DECIDO support about cancellation, we will guide you to the customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of that billing period, and you will not be charged for any subsequent renewal.
  3. DECIDO does not offer free trials; the free tier of DECIDO remains free of charge indefinitely and does not require payment information.

3. Statutory Refund Rights

Notwithstanding section 2 above, certain jurisdictions grant consumers non-waivable statutory withdrawal or refund rights, including but not limited to:

  1. European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws;
  2. Turkey and Israel: 14-day right of withdrawal;
  3. South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada: 7-day right of cancellation;
  4. Singapore: 5-day right of cancellation.

Where such statutory rights apply, they will always override DECIDO's standard policy in section 2 above.

4. How to Request a Refund

For statutory refund requests, eligible withdrawal claims, or any question about a charge on your statement:

  1. You may submit a refund request directly to the Reseller using the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link provided in your transaction confirmation email, or via the Reseller's buyer support portal at paddle.net; or
  2. You may contact us at support@decido.to and we will coordinate with the Reseller to process eligible requests in accordance with the applicable law and the Reseller's policies.

Refunds, when granted, are processed by the Reseller using the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 days of approval.

5. Discretionary Refunds

The Reseller may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund for requests submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date, even where no statutory right applies. Such discretionary refunds are voluntary and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. DECIDO does not commit to providing discretionary refunds and reserves the right to deny any discretionary refund request.

6. Refunds for Technical or Material Defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing DECIDO as described, please contact us at support@decido.to. Where there is evidence of a material defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the Reseller's policies.

7. No Refunds for Fraud or Abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior. In such cases, access to DECIDO may also be suspended or terminated.

8. Effect of Refund

If a refund is granted, your access to the relevant subscription will cease as of the refund processing date.

9. Reseller's Buyer Terms

By subscribing to DECIDO, you also agree to the Reseller's Buyer Terms and Conditions, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which govern the transaction in addition to this Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Reseller's Buyer Terms, the Reseller's Buyer Terms will apply to refund processing and statutory rights.
